ParentCareSupport.com is a directory website that allows users to search for senior care providers by entering their email address, selecting relevant service types, providing a ZIP code, and specifying a search radius. We also offer an optional assistance service ("Let Us Make the Calls") where we reach out to selected providers on your behalf.
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that all information you submit is truthful, accurate, and complete. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt our systems, or impersonate others.
When you opt into our optional calling service, you authorize us to use your contact information to reach out to selected providers and facilitate communication. Your contact details may be shared with those providers for follow-up. If you choose to allow phone contact, those providers may contact you directly by phone in addition to email.
We do not guarantee the availability, responsiveness, or service quality of any listed provider. Listings are for informational purposes only and do not imply endorsement.
Basic directory services are free to users. If you opt into paid services in the future, those will be subject to separate payment terms clearly disclosed at the time of transaction.
All content, branding, and technology on this Site are the property of ParentCareSupport LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
